We therefore encourage everyone \u2013 whether employees, former employees, customers, suppliers or third parties \u2013 to inform us of any legal violations.<\/p><p>Basically, employees\/internal persons should first contact their superiors. External persons can contact their contact person in the company. We are aware that this is not practical or possible in all cases. We have therefore set up a confidential reporting office for persons who have obtained information about violations in a professional context.<\/p><p>Anyone can contact our\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/datenschutz(at)epflex.com\/\">data protection officer<\/a>\u00a0directly, who accepts reports with his or her team. You can contact them initially by e-mail or telephone. You can also provide information via the reporting office without giving your name. We would like to point out that we also follow up anonymous reports. However, we cannot guarantee anonymity to whistleblowers, even if we try to implement the wish for anonymity.
